  • Unused, Unwashed, and Unworn: No stains, scratches, or damage.
  • In Original Packaging: Tags, polybags, or protective sleeves intact (e.g., posters in original tubes).
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Marked “Non-Returnable” (e.g., Retro Revival collection with code OLDISGOLD).
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Mugs/posters with custom quotes, names, or designs.
  • Gift Cards & Digital Downloads.

2. How to Return an Item

2.1 Step-by-Step Process

  2. Wait for Approval:
    • We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
    • Do not ship without an RA number—returns will be denied!
